in the stall

I just overheard a co-worker trying to "work the system". I was in the bathroom stall and he didn't know I was there. He was talking to a co-working and told him that he is faking needing his desktop computer because he needs leverage against the IT guys. So now he has a desktop and laptop computer even though he doesn't need both.
